High Pay Scales. Potential to earn more than entitled capability. Highest incentive plan of the industry. High Job Security. Fully sales driven company, anything can be curated, if client is ready to pay. Highly flexible working hours. (only for the end)

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. Huge pressure for targets. Only you can earn and earn and earn, but will have no time to spend. Manager expects you to work on national, occasional and any other holidays. Job security is high because replacement is not possible. No one in the known market wants to join the company. Flexibility of working hours is only restricted to end i.e. there's no end time of your work. Your phone can even ring late at 1:30 am.

Timely salary compensation and flexible timings.

Dislikes

New joiners are given dead or missed clients to work on and hence they are unable to complete their targets which leads of extension of their probations. Senior management team doesn’t do anything about it. If you are old in the organisation then only u can survive otherwise as they will never give good clients to new joiners. No scope of professional growth within organisation. Experienced employees are treated as freshers. What was told and committed before joining wasn’t done or fulfilled after employee joins. No ethical work culture.

I was in UP Market bosses was very poor knowledge specially Ketan Sharma and Gaurav Awasthi both are saying 80% Brahman in group remember it, this is not corporate culture, and both are like women.
