Likes

Coprative department of cylender. All cylender department teammates are vry coprative. Celebration of function, birthday party and organisation games are very attractive. Overtime payments are also available for extra work. Facilites to picup from metro to compny but chargable.

Dislikes

Transports facilities are chargeble not free. Binding department have a very bad teammate. Their behaviour is very bad.For newcommers. Mostly time u have to force to do overtime. Bad apprasel/ increament. Sometime u have to do work on goverment holidays (exp:- Holi , Diwali, New year, Rakshabandhan etc.) Very high work pressure mantly and physically both.
