I have worked in burda for 1 year as 3rd printer and there very company culture and its gives job security also gives every allowance.

Dislikes

Life is not secure because machine which is working here is only machine in india.

The way to work there was very good all the work was done by paper in good way.

I did not like to do things that I did not do in the way of paper and i did not like those who did not appreciate their senior.

Likes

Coprative department of cylender. All cylender department teammates are vry coprative. Celebration of function, birthday party and organisation games are very attractive. Overtime payments are also available for extra work. Facilites to picup from metro to compny but chargable.

Dislikes

Transports facilities are chargeble not free. Binding department have a very bad teammate. Their behaviour is very bad.For newcommers. Mostly time u have to force to do overtime. Bad apprasel/ increament. Sometime u have to do work on goverment holidays (exp:- Holi , Diwali, New year, Rakshabandhan etc.) Very high work pressure mantly and physically both.
