Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is open to any kind of discussion related to the problems faced in sites and the response from the company is fast. Growth is slow. Work environment depends upon your clients, whom you will be working with.

Dislikes

They don't provide any compensation. Sometimes, I have to work 15-16 hours but for that you won't get any incentives. Work pressure is high. And you have to travel a lot.
