Job Security is high, company policies regarding leave is good. Work life balance depends on how much work you take up

...r growth. Politics is high. On job training is not structured and upto the mark. Salary is not at all satisfactory.
Hsbc is a people centric organization which does believe in its employees Work life balance

Inefficient people getting promoted creating a toxic culture. Entire management being governed by people sitting outside locations whose does not have any idea of the local culture. Management here are puppets just looking at their own benefits rather than its people. Eventually they fail in the wrong run and so as the organization
No absorption after done with my industrial training , actually i worked as same position as employee can do but not got that appraisals which i actually deserved.
