The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that works on financial crime compliance and has a global client database and which makes our job more interesting and at the same time more responsible. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

An employee is not at all taken care or bothered once he/she leaves or resigns. He is respected and loves only when he/she is working with them. Very bad approach towards rejoining and BGC procedures. Politics in Team leads and employees.
