1. Hikes are not that appropriate 2. Huge difference is salary of same experienced person as lateral hired person gets tremendous hike as compare to existing employee. 3. All leaves need to be utilized 4. Behind in adopting latest technologies as compare to other banks 5. Continuous changes in strategies, leaders, organization and team structure 6. Layoffs after 3-4 years 7. Budgeting issues 8. No onsite opportunities

If you go to right team then plenty of opportunity to do experiments and high end work. And easy team switches

Dislikes

Promotion and salary growth is too slow. No meritocratic rank ordering. No fairness in pay distribution across band. You might be killing youself at the job and you also might be at low pay but you would never be corrected or even fairly compensated

Dislikes

Salary hike is not based on your year long hardwork but rather on your salary band in comparison to company' average. That means what ever hard work you do it doesn't matter or not cared rather as you are in a higher salary band

I am impressed with my workplace which is mostly work from home. The atmosphere here is incredible supportive, fostering both personal and professional growth. The team is also like a family and make each day enjoyable.

Dislikes

In the like comment, I have mentioned that its Hybrid or majority work from home, the salary structure is kind of average. In the beginning we used to claim our internet bills. However, they removed the internet bill reimbursement policy recently. Hope we wish to get it back so that I could give 5 star for salary and benefits next time. Some people would laugh at this dislike but many would know.

For parents it's paid but premiums much lesser than in the market - Ample growth opportunities - Career progression is kind of automatic - Reputable designations are given

- Salary hikes and monetary perks are on the lower side. As you spend more than 5-7 year's you kind of hit a wall - Lack of leadership roles
