Salary is good other than any MNC's please don't just see good salary if your mental health will be not good how you will work please try to know each and everything before joining here

Management is very bad no work life balance manager is actually useless he will tell that he is very busy but he is actually doing chill from behind if employees work in flexible they need cab to reach home safely during night shift but this company have some cab boundaries issues😕 which is very very ridiculous when a employee stay a bit outside of their boundaries please be aware while joining as HR will never tell you that they have such kinds of drawbacks which hesitate a person to join this company . AVP is a dictator person in this organisation he will never understand your concern instead of that he will penalized you and compare you with some other person

Just flexible hours nothing else. They sell themselves claiming that they have good work culture. It might be good at the organisational level, but not at our level. Work culture depends on the managers more than the organisation. And if by chance you don’t get a good manager then you’ll be in a mess. Even if the entire team goes and escalates to the senior management about the manager, no action will be taken against the manager in CAU instead you’ll be shifted to another team. But who knows what will happen after that. Won’t recommend anyone to join.

They are willing to pay freshers but don’t value existing employees at all. They are of the opinion that they can pay more to the new joiner but no point of paying more to the existing employees.

Experience in HSBC is quite good. As per work any one love to be with it. Just that the benefits can be increased.

Please increase the salary and hike. Rest all are amazing. But in vizag i guess this is the only company that pays you highest.

... give butter to your higher manager. I joined in 2019 Jan and left on 2021 June. My salary increased only 1200 Rs. Overall the experience was not satisfactory.

Salary is not decent and career growth is there but you should know to please your higher managers. Promotion doesn't happen according to your performance.
