The management is clueless about what is happening and just throws around the latest buzzwords like a parrot There is a lot of scope to develop your skills and learn as there is no one here who knows anything and you yourself have to take up the initiative to do things

...re is a lot of politics in some areas and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but it depends on how well you represented across management by your leads. On the job new to domain, culture will take time to gel may be someone not used to will feel odd man out or process difference.
