All leaves need to be utilized 4. Behind in adopting latest technologies as compare to other banks 5. Continuous changes in strategies, leaders, organization and team structure 6. Layoffs after 3-4 years 7. Budgeting issues 8. No onsite opportunities

Only con is long working hours... I work 10-11 hrs daily
