It's good to be part of HSBC. The job security is high but you have to compromise on Pay. Career growth also not that good but people who want to lead Work life balance with less salary n no pressure HSBC is the best option for them.

... give butter to your higher manager. I joined in 2019 Jan and left on 2021 June. My salary increased only 1200 Rs. Overall the experience was not satisfactory.

Salary is not decent and career growth is there but you should know to please your higher managers. Promotion doesn't happen according to your performance.

There is lots of pressure in work, they want you to work like a robot. They pressure you for the targets, quality, and some extra work. If you are not able to perform well they can force you to resign. There is so much politics and management don't see you as a human beings, they only wants work and a lot of work. They scold you every day and put you on pressure to give numbers.

Dislikes

...work no matter how well your performance is and also knowing how we do hardwork. They are like hiking salary within their favourite people. Hike is like less than 5%. No other opportunities provided for learning or growth of your career. They don't provide you education assistance etc.
