For parents it's paid but premiums much lesser than in the market - Ample growth opportunities - Career progression is kind of automatic - Reputable designations are given

- Salary hikes and monetary perks are on the lower side. As you spend more than 5-7 year's you kind of hit a wall - Lack of leadership roles

Great learning opportunities at work. Good job satisfaction and opportunity to explore a lot of models for development and validation

Poor hikes and appraisals. Pay not matched up to the market standards

1. Very good Leaves policy. You will get 44 leaves in a year. 2. Very good medical coverage of 8 lakhs 3. As it is captive there is no client. 4. There is learning allowance of 4000 points which can be used to buy books. They reimburse generally all certifications.

Dislikes

1. Poor salary hike. 2. Will stick to particular role and technology for longer time. Promotions will depend on available positions in your department.
