I got Selected for financial crime investigator in HSBC for Hydrabad location at 8LPA. For this I have to relocate from Kolkata. In my current company I got promoted and getting 5.5 LPA in Kolkata. My current company is very new and small company. I have an overall 1.5 years of experience.

Good Work Culture, Immense learning opportunity, good recognition by senior leaders and mediocre pay

Career growth is slow both hierarchically and financially. Variable pay is low to mediocre, Appraisal are done based on bell curve. No structured path for growth even for Graduates and Post Graduates. Rigorous timing for Asia Shift (No Flexibility, India Team have to start work at 6:30 am in the morning to support onshore)

...s not cooperative even I am on family way and spend 11.5 years in organisation Even I am flying abroad early due to maternity they ask me to pay my notice period .HR is saying we can do what ur manager say I discuss with my SVP but she put everything on VP After I declare i am on family way, my manager postponed my promotion I feel very disheartened after spending 11.5 years with HSBC.it was heartbroken.
