I joined as a fresher. It was like free salary for not doing any work. Now, looking back at it, I feel I wasted my 2 years there, although I had lot of fun. Learning curve, salary growth and promotions were all bad there. But, WLB was the best.

Nothing found good about this company ,it's just the name this company has from inside its the worst company to work

Salary growth too much low don't expect much hike here, employees are being underpaid here.

If you go to right team then plenty of opportunity to do experiments and high end work. And easy team switches

Promotion and salary growth is too slow. No meritocratic rank ordering. No fairness in pay distribution across band. You might be killing youself at the job and you also might be at low pay but you would never be corrected or even fairly compensated

Dislikes

Salary hike is not based on your year long hardwork but rather on your salary band in comparison to company' average. That means what ever hard work you do it doesn't matter or not cared rather as you are in a higher salary band

I am impressed with my workplace which is mostly work from home. The atmosphere here is incredible supportive, fostering both personal and professional growth. The team is also like a family and make each day enjoyable.

Dislikes

In the like comment, I have mentioned that its Hybrid or majority work from home, the salary structure is kind of average. In the beginning we used to claim our internet bills. However, they removed the internet bill reimbursement policy recently. Hope we wish to get it back so that I could give 5 star for salary and benefits next time. Some people would laugh at this dislike but many would know.
