No upturn in career, No promotion until you say yes for everything, no proper hike and bonus, company giving honey, money control is only for big bees such a Bad policy in all the way. Majorly bad on leave policy, , micromanagement, big bees like to bother offshore and enjoy, it's only for big bees flexible, no money given for extra miles you spend for company, No learning curve and push you to resign your job yourself directly in performance call

If you go to right team then plenty of opportunity to do experiments and high end work. And easy team switches

Promotion and salary growth is too slow. No meritocratic rank ordering. No fairness in pay distribution across band. You might be killing youself at the job and you also might be at low pay but you would never be corrected or even fairly compensated

I wouldn't say dislike but may be a suggestion, I have heard from my colleagues that HSBC pay package is not very competitive, I am personally happy with the package.

I am impressed with my workplace which is mostly work from home. The atmosphere here is incredible supportive, fostering both personal and professional growth. The team is also like a family and make each day enjoyable.

In the like comment, I have mentioned that its Hybrid or majority work from home, the salary structure is kind of average. In the beginning we used to claim our internet bills. However, they removed the internet bill reimbursement policy recently. Hope we wish to get it back so that I could give 5 star for salary and benefits next time. Some people would laugh at this dislike but many would know.

...licies in place in theory. In practice it all depends on your team and managers. In my experience I haven’t seen many positives apart from pay , but if your team is okay, it might work out very well

Again it’s all contingent on the team. The company has excellent policies in place and if allowed to work will create a great work environment
