The job security is very good in HSBC. You are not easily fired out of the company even if you are a low performer consistently from years.

Dislikes

The salaries and pay package is not as per market standards and more over the growth in the company is like a turtle. The hard work what we do goes in vain and smart workers will climb up the ladder

... talent and learn the work environment is good the management is supportive too. Pay and salary hikes are reasonable depends on individuals performance though. Have worked here for 4+ years it's a comfortable environment.

Yes there are opportunities but career growth is slow given management is not very supportive on IJP (Internal Job Posting) for eligible candidates. Lacks transperency.

Diversity of people working here. Higher leadership is quite involved and approachable. Job Security. Brand that is based on values, delivery and execution. Diversity of work and ability to move across.

Dislikes

...zation which takes time to roll but once it rolls it scales up pretty quickly. Last two years have not be good hence bonuses and compensation are not up to mark.

Work pressure..and historical system having enough issues which cannot be handled by new system and hence lot of manual stuff
