Worst company to work as there is no work-life balance daily we need to do over time (without pay) and also work on weekends. Only top to bottom order flow and management is least bordered about employees. Employees are treated as animals in private farms where they cant do any thing of their choice and has to tolerate all the torture of top management. Only company in the world who tie up icats to their employees and exploit them on the basis of icats data. Very very very very less salary. Shameless management and worlds waste HR Team completely useless for employees and HR team are agents of top management.
