Good work life balance. Provides global financial experience and outlook. Quality of work can vary depending on the team. There are teams with really mundane work where others have high quality work. Liberal respectful culture.

Nothing to dislike very much. But salary is typically just about median in many cases lower vs the industry. Designation and salary growth is typically slow.

Since past 2 years I didn’t hike so I am trying my level best to quit Hsbc

Even this year also i am not getting hike due to covid situation there is lot of cost cutting in terms of process automation .There is no growth in Hsbc in terms promotions due to politics

Has very good HR policy to support employee from Managers wrath.

Except the salary processing team no one should know and individuals salary but managers has access to this information and I dont like this kind of set-up.

It is one of the best banks to work with, they definitely recognise you and give you appreciate for each and every good work you have done.

Apart for salary compensation, i doubt there is anything to dislike about this company.
