Be aware to work in HR Tech24 company in kolkata. The Directors of the company had already started and closed a company earlier named "TWT Academy of Aviation and Management", they had not paid the salaries of staffs even taken loan from few people which they never returned. They work as a fraud and cheaters.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
