Quality of work is really poor. Any and every work is assigned to business analyst ( recording video demos). Appraisals are poor. Your performance don't make a difference on your appraisal. Some team leader are really nosy and make life hell for their team.

...seniors who work less but do more of timepaas by gossiping about other's lives. they provide low salary and expect and intern to work like a expat they give call centre work partial with female employees very narrow minded managers zero professionalism

Colleagues are cooperative. Good work environment and culture. Celebrating festivals. Leave policies are good.

Management attitude is like they know everything. Salary and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 to 3 years. Politics by high level management.
