I did not like the company first a fall the waste company i have ever seen In my life There is nothing good about HRH so i would suggest don't ever go for the job in hrh it,s worst company I'm regretting to be part of this company

...company they will not support for anything they just need there work that's it We will not receive the salary on time it's always late. TL's don't support the agent's they have there own favouritism this is how they are running company. if you are dieing also you have to work and you have to die they will not give permissions at all. so i would suggest don't be the part of this company

The company is good open for carrier beginers first and right step to build up the carrier.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. No work pressure have to login after shift do OTs can earn little bit more my decent suggestion was please hike the salary up to 20% for every year.

...ainst them, they will only support to who those who are do work like sheep 🐑. The salary package is very low in this company. Really I've suffered a lot, when hold my salary for whole month.

Maintenance is like sulab complex is better than the HRH, Even the joining month I didn't get offer letter and id card, but they will deduct the amount for the id card charges, I've never received whole salary in my career with HRH, I've complained about my issue to managers but they just listen to TLs and even return they will talk about our performance what is the logic in that, really I've felt like labour work.

...id. During these hard times they do not bother about their employees anymore.... All they want is work with providing less salary to their associates. Employees like HR, Team leaders have no ethics about the work and the process of management. They only work for the livelihood other wise there is no scope of experience and learning.

Dislikes

Their way of working and the staff were unprofessional to their work. There is no career growth, less salary, work load is high, no increments, work environment is hectic.... You cannot balance the work life in this company.

Delay for Salary Pathetic Experience and Contradictory Management bad and untidy Work Space with no proper System headset.
