No job security and work culture is pathetic. People who are in higher position demand you to do as per there requirements and no company policy

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary will pay to on 10th of every month and no carrier growth

They said 10000 salary but if work full time they provide u only 8500 and for login hour they catch your salary final u might get 5000 to 7000 it's true fact if u wanna try u could 🙂

I like my Team Leader Nithiya mam that's it and we have promotions like 6 months once that's really nice compares to other companies

Shift timings, they don't we consider our preference, worst restroom facilities nd workspace infrastructures, Salary date and sometimes salary would delay, we can't except the correct salary amount, if we done week off login, they might pay us sometime, most of the time they don't pay us. For work from home we need pay. So many drawbacks in HRH.

Shift time is not satisfied and salary is not credited by right time .the manager are not responding with correct solution.leave consideration is not applicable even emergency they are only consider in their side not employee.
