Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Yes Certainly good organisation all are highly knowleageable in Human Resources Practices, policies. At HR Minds3 they train staffs so well and almost all are well versed in Human Resource and Labour Law Compliances. The management is highly encouraging the staffs, even in tough situation they ensure payment to their staffs on 1st day of every month and not even single company delayed the payment. This organisation is truly welfare oriented for its employees. They counsel, guide the people who are with misconduct and try to correct them.
