...career. Management shows that they are everything. Not polite with their staffs. Company wants everything from u but don't want to give u a moral support or anything else except ur salary. They will mark u absent if find any mistake from u. Lodging facility is completely poor for workers and officials who are living there. No any leaves or other facilities are available there. Duty time is not fixed for officials. They expect u to work overtime, but don't want to give OT. The Director Mr. Subhodeep will come in the office after 4pm itself daily and expect u to stay in the office for more than ur duty hours, no matter u come from how far or wherever. And many things are there but here is mention "please be polite & avoid offensive language..........."
