...agement is trasnparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and tbey give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decenf but career growth is slow.There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiness.

My experience of working is truly wonderful. It served as a gateway to my professional journey. Despite a career gap due to maternity, HRIS recognized my potential and offered me an excellent opportunity. Whatever I achieve in my future endeavors, I will always credit HRIS for laying the foundation. Once again I thank my Mentor.

The company culture, the friendly environment and the management's understanding nature. Company policies are fair enough. You get a fair work life balance. You get ample opportunity to improve your chances in this organisation.
