The company is good in product quality and adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has an all India level client base. As a result, i get to travel a lot especially in north and east India. The other thing I like is the support and respect i get from my colleagues.

Dislikes

The company policy for increments is decent but the growth is slow. And no policy for employee insurance on company work tour is there.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team, it has highly quality products and has a client all over the India . As a result, I get to have knowledge of software and hardware to be put in the stb box. every thing depend on work how we catch and utilise it. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture and background , and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
