Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...ing State Govt undertaking company management is following govt policies fairly. Salary and perks are as per state govt rules.

Dislikes

The decision on the workplace is delayed due to lengthy process as there is minimum financial power at lower level. Also there is very much political influence in transfer and other administrative matters

It's a great experience to me maine bahut kuchh sikha vahan per rah kar 23 KV and 11 KV and 220 v ke bare mein aur Transformers ke bare mein aur bhi bahut sare Maine technical kam vahan per hai krishi ke jiske bare mein aapko vistar mein Bata sakta hun.

Dislikes

I think I have no reason for this like about hpspl I like this work when I take a cutie mile to main fir se vahan per kam karna chahunga. PNP
