Worst company to work.

Dislikes

A local shopkeeper is better than this company management in terms of solving the EMPLOYEES SALARY or any Other issues which need to be addressed by the management. An Employee keep request to solve the mistakes done by Company in his Salary But rather solving the problem they talk like a Contractor. And keeps your payment by marking you absent from duty.

This company will make learnt by yourself you are not going to get training for any new skills so what ever you will learn by own efforts in the market. you will made self dependent more rather than expecting any support from your senior collegoues. You will be made self reliable because you cannot trust on any body's word even on the word's of MD.

...sn't have capability to judge right person for right Job or on perfect job role. Salary Date is not fixed you may get sometimes before 10th of month but most you need to wait till 15th and for few times you may have wait upto 20th also. Appraisals you may expect but just before 3 months end of financial year. You will be asked to travel very limited. if you are in sales and need support of BD team please do not expect. Bonus Amount is just negligble.

Work stress in low. Products are good and approved in government departments.

  • Job security - Good

Dislikes

No vision. High level of politics on higher management level. There is no fix date of salary and expenses. Highly incompetent staff. No medical insurance. Employees have not received their variable pay, LTA and Medical for the last two years.

Poor compensation 3 salary get late minimum 50 maximum 60 days . 4Account department Mr Ashish Chauhan very poor guy . 0 old party destroy with miscommunicate and not provide service proper. 5. Old managers work like a government chair .working for salary only not think about to grow this company . 6.replacement pending since 4 to 5 years back not sorted till now .if you have work on this then no budy take interest on party . 7................Hr of other company please noted .........if any budy found of hpl group only hired minimum experience person in this company .just example 6 to 10 months only .Don't take interest if he completed 1 year or by extra time in hpl reason behind your company also get down if you hired of hpl person useless team .
