There is no dislike about working at hmel. I want work honestly with this firm. This is my aim. Here is lot of idea to growth the life in the future. after hardwork then can change the improvements in our skills.

No growth for graduate engineer trainees , very very less salary of engineers who started as a GET since 2017 , very poor work life balance , highly unjustified policies , no shift allowance , only a company for experienced professionals who switch and gain 30-40 % hike and rest all are enjoying their highly unjustified huge salaries . Pathetic HR department.

Good work environment and culture.Teammate are supportive and the management is transparent.

Tere is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...good learning opportunity and this makes it different from other market players. It has good salary structure, mediclaim policy, admin and HR policies. One can develop their skills and get rare opportunities at very early in their career. Since manpower is very optimized, team building and bonding is utmost important here. Collegues are from across the world and all work in healthy collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but when it comes to career progression its slow. Work pressure is very high on those who actually work, i would say unequal distribution of work load. Rarely (but it happens) when your decision goes wrong, you might land up loosing your job also.

Salary n benefits: only salary and no benefits Promotion n appraisal: no promotion and very low appraisal Job security: Terrible. Will notify you 1 month before to find another job as you are not working properly no warning to work properly just fired Skill development: nothing at all. U have to do just what u have told no taining for off role. Work satisfaction: worst experience Company culture: suffocating and worst in world treat off role like servants
