It is a PSU by nature ,CHINI MILL by culture....So job security is good for Permanent Employee..GOOD FOR LOCAL PEOPLE

1.VARIOUS TYPE OF EMPLOYEE (eg-Permanent,Fixed Term,Seasonal etc) CREATES LOTS OF CONFUSION & FRUSTRATION.. 2.HIGHER MANAGEMENT IS CONFUSED WHAT TO DO OR NOT TO DO..... 3.GOOD FOR FRESHERS AND SUB STANDARD DEGREE HOLDER... 4.NO CARRIER GROWTH...NO PERSONAL LIFE 5.LOCATION IS VERY VERY REMOTE...(NO MEDICAL FACILITY IN PLANT & AREA)
