Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Am working on Third party pay roll off Xylem resources management Pvt Ltd. Company due to cost cating they removed all third party pay roll employee. That is one of me. My last working days is Feb-2020. Still am searching a job today is Oct-2021 no any on roll company is hiring to me.
