salary is too low when compared to similar product companies. and promotions won't happen according to your work. you will stuck in the same role even though you are performing exceptionally

As an organisation, HP is good. The internal environment is good but only for the on-role employees

...re is terrible change when it comes for CW who are basically the core workers. The salary and other benefits are almost negligible. Promotion and increments are terrible and happens only in dream.

Job Security is much higher than other firms and the entire management takes pride in what the company does. With a very strong bench of experienced management at the top, the company will fare well.

Dislikes

...ature' industry, they need to uplift themselves to stay attractive as employers. The pay growth is nominal and grade change does not have a clear path. HR is extremely weak/lethargic which means that the entire work culture and your experience will be dependent on your manager and manager's manager leading to varying experiences and growth opportunities. This in turn means that vertical shifts and exposure to other facets is a very informal and networked setup.

1. Lack of innovation 2. Weak mid level management 3. Pay scale is extremely poor. Even after superb sales during corona, No hikes & Cancelled appraisals 4. HP Pune has a very bad office space, Will take time to deal with claustrophobia you might develop here 5. A lot of politics

Am working on Third party pay roll off Xylem resources management Pvt Ltd. Company due to cost cating they removed all third party pay roll employee. That is one of me. My last working days is Feb-2020. Still am searching a job today is Oct-2021 no any on roll company is hiring to me.
