...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. All things are amezing.

Have got an opportunity to learn lots and improve. Management here treats you like a family member and helps you whenever required; lot of understanding is there. Catering to the needs of so many is not a joke , its well managed. All colleagues are helpful and cooperative not only in office but also in all our depot's and that creates a friendly atmosphere. Most importantly all have respect for one another and know their responsibilities.

Working at HP Adhesives Ltd has helped me a lot as New thing are upcoming in daily routine, new terms and new things are recorded on weekly basis, rather than doing routine work in nature . Developing a career in manufacturing company is good for your Future success.

As per HR Policy, 2nd & 4th saturday is holiday, but then also sales coordinator job is working on these days even after holiday declared and one has to carry laptop at home and entertain depots at various places, change should be made in this thing, seocndly managemnet's caring towards employees is not found here at all neither during festivals nor in regular routine work, which should be made change, thirdly one person is handled with all responsibilty i.e. the matter which he is not aware, he is to take part in those matters as well by following acute guidance of his department head of which he or she is having a time constraint, everything cannot be accepted from only & only person, team-work is missing somewhere or the other, moreover formal relationship.
