The only thing liked here was salary date,they credit it on time or before given date & nothing else. Nor good or bad company it's just for freshers who are in search of job &to get experience other nothing much to say🙂

No opportunities further no increment in salary as said while joining that will cont till u work hear sometimes no proper responsibility of manager or other staff

Job security 100% depending upon our behaviour,production,and quality,work culture is good.

Company pay very low benifits rather than other companies, for same position.no growth,management is very worst, canteen also

I worked in HOV about 6 years, but I getting salary only 10000 per month when I leave company. Appraisal not good. Double wages not good. OT working amount not good. No travel in this company. In many company give travels and food at free, but in this company not. And night shift only giving Rs. 40 but all other MNC giving Rs. 100+

Only TL' s are good but HOV services manager(management) ara not good after all is good place too work

Hov manager and there 1 or 2 people is there they r not good because they r school or college frnds & their behaviour is not good
