Management has been changed and the don't give value to old employees. Company is only focusing on revenue now rather than client & employees satisfaction.

Our housing project is very well, our company's construction ideas are mind blowing that's why people come here to see our projects, we get together with many people because of it we have relation development with them or it makes easier for marketing.

There is a lot of work as compared to salary.

...e place for new bees and Hard workers. Very tough to sustain and get incentives. If manager supports the new bee then possible to get incentives or salary increase. I wasted my 2 years of career here.

There are 2 useless fellows namely M*dan N and D*nesh P. There work is just save their jobs by doing nothing for the company and at the time of cost cutting they will fire you to save himself..if you think i am wrong..just go and work with them.
