Everything, products are very poor and rates are very high no job security high pressure , senior management is very poor they don't even understand the market scenario, only presure the can give. Target are very high for aqusition guys so no way you can earn incentive and targets are very less who have all the good clients in city.

1-Work culture is good, 2-Company provides all Benefit. 3- Good HR Policy 4-Company celebrates all Festivals.

Dislikes

1- Bad Appraisal 2- No Salary Hike 3- Huge Sale Target- Which is not fixed is Increase Month on Month 4- Saturday is off only in Offer letter not in Actual.

...e place for new bees and Hard workers. Very tough to sustain and get incentives. If manager supports the new bee then possible to get incentives or salary increase. I wasted my 2 years of career here.

There are 2 useless fellows namely M*dan N and D*nesh P. There work is just save their jobs by doing nothing for the company and at the time of cost cutting they will fire you to save himself..if you think i am wrong..just go and work with them.
