Ohh I can write a list about this. There is too much micromanagement in the HR department. Forget about work life management. They want you to give 100% time of yours in the company. Leaves are a big NO NO. All the policies that company has doesn’t apply to the HR department. Also the working days are Mon-Sun.

Deepak Yadav (Defence Colony) ,worst manager I have seen till yet,he tried to humiliate every employee in his team in front of others to make number only,he Don't know how to handle a team even he have no closure techniques, peoples are resigning from his team by his behaviour only.He also force to do work on holidays and didn't approve compensation off .

...e place for new bees and Hard workers. Very tough to sustain and get incentives. If manager supports the new bee then possible to get incentives or salary increase. I wasted my 2 years of career here.

There are 2 useless fellows namely M*dan N and D*nesh P. There work is just save their jobs by doing nothing for the company and at the time of cost cutting they will fire you to save himself..if you think i am wrong..just go and work with them.
