...ing. All the Seniors would exploit you even if you are not in there Department. Salary of Trainees not paid on time and deducted when leave taken.

It provides good opportunities to students from various field to explore. Few seniors holding big positions are very helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible. Everyone is making gossips. Most of the employee treat management trainees as house keeping staff, peons, helpers.

Great opportunity for career development and growth. verry good Professional hierarchy and also verry supportive senior officers and helpful in acquiring knowledge on all matters related to work. Employees are hardworking mentality and Team work.

Beautiful atmosphere and all the infrastructure facilities are available. Organization is providing all the training based on the day to day requirements etc.

I had worked 27 years in this company, joined as a Deputy Manager nd retired as a General Manager.... No dislike related to the co.
