Everything. The work culture, to many gossips, favouritism, by the manager itself. The managers are very very rude. I worked there for 4 months and in front of me 5-6 people left the company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
