Salary as per Market standard for Manager Sales or Deputy Manager is 25 to 30 percentage lesser as compared to other good Brands like Shapoorji or K Raheja Corp

Nice company ,HR policies very nice ,timely payment (every month end), Working Monday to Friday for HO staff and Site staff Monday to Saturday,but site staff leves given more as compared to HO staff.

People here are open for new Ideas. Management is involved in every discussions which makes every one understand the way higher management thinks. New ideas are always welcomed. Every one here looks into the minor details be it a single emailer or be it an adhesive that is going to be used in any construction. Minor detailing is the key of companies success.

The VP of sales and marketing Prashant Mirkar he plays lot of politics and he is much interested in what people do rather than work and force people to resign and he wants people to be his spoon and wants them to give him updates about what’s going on in the office also you cannot sit with HR for any of ur official discussion he will call you in his cabin and will ask u what were u doing sitting there and etc etc Lot many things people out there don’t respect him they are scared of him bcz he can play games against the person and ask him to leave the company
