Salary as per Market standard for Manager Sales or Deputy Manager is 25 to 30 percentage lesser as compared to other good Brands like Shapoorji or K Raheja Corp

Nice company ,HR policies very nice ,timely payment (every month end), Working Monday to Friday for HO staff and Site staff Monday to Saturday,but site staff leves given more as compared to HO staff.

Working Environment was too good. Also the company offers excellent employee benefits, including healthcare, paid leave etc, The leadership team is supportive and encourages open communication, which helps in growing both personally and professionally.

People here are open for new Ideas. Management is involved in every discussions which makes every one understand the way higher management thinks. New ideas are always welcomed. Every one here looks into the minor details be it a single emailer or be it an adhesive that is going to be used in any construction. Minor detailing is the key of companies success.

I won't even hire these Stupid idiots as my driver & they came to me with a job opportunity. Go take the broom & clean your floors cuz thats only what these creeps are capable enough for here.
