Everything. It was a one of the best place to work. The policies, the work culture, the salary structure everything was perfect. I miss working there but due to some circumstances I had to leave.

Dislikes

I just want to suggest one thing don't only look for people who can only do sale. There are other aspects also which can be considered. One cannot be perfect in everything but best in one thing. I would like to rejoin in future as a front end employee but with back end people.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Toxic work culture, no salary growth, layoff of 200+ staff overnight Marketing manager Snehal sharma is very toxic. She harasses team members and they are forced to leave the job. After complaints going to Hr they don't take any action.

- Very poor growth opportunities. - No salary hikes unless you leave the job. Your performance really stands for nothing except bringing the brand more business. No personal growth. - Zero to no exposure for designers. - Terrible management and administration by senior managers. - Lack of professional etiquette by the creative director herself. - Designers/ colleagues lack professional skills and given designations solely as they are a part of the organization for a certain work tenure. - No job stability. You could be doing good work for 10 years and still be asked to leave because of how unorganised and moody the senior management is.
