Company name is decent ,but the management system is very poor. Lot of time my reporting manager Mr Satish not allowed me to took me week, n not paid me that salary also I worked in Shopper Stop as a brand stuff Shopper stop management give me opportunity to join their company after that I said my manager, sir get opportunity in shoperstop so I want to leave this job but my manager said me don't leave I will give you good salary salary increase this year But when I get increment I am surprised only 500 rupess increments When I say my manager rply me this year some mistakes next year I will see u, I talked with h. R But no response I left job I didn't do notice period also House of Anita dongre still not paid me 12 days salary also B, cos I am not do notice period After doing responsebility job I get this type results Very bed

- Very poor growth opportunities. - No salary hikes unless you leave the job. Your performance really stands for nothing except bringing the brand more business. No personal growth. - Zero to no exposure for designers. - Terrible management and administration by senior managers. - Lack of professional etiquette by the creative director herself. - Designers/ colleagues lack professional skills and given designations solely as they are a part of the organization for a certain work tenure. - No job stability. You could be doing good work for 10 years and still be asked to leave because of how unorganised and moody the senior management is.

The salary is always on time The RO office is not in good shape and does not have any benefit.

They are very high on layoff. Very frequent layoffs since I joined. The team managers are not monitored and the reportees are micro managed.

They never fleece anyone's salary.they do justice with everyone.and many more good part is for this company.ink will be finished but good part to be written will never come to end.
