nothing , director of the company has very poor management skill. It is purely lala ki dukan culture . Office is very decent and centrally located. but eviornment of office and work culture is very pathetic. Go for one to two month when you do not find any job.

He is not capable understand financial statements, at that result shut down 64 resturant all over delhi. He is very confusing person because always say monthly MIS, Payment MIS, but he is not able understanding anything in accounts. He is not confident own his work. Her right hand PSB (Balance Sheet expert) that person every half hour given balance sheet on desk, but that person not understand how to calculate own her TDS Amount. PSB (Resturant Cashier) not any knowledge about GST, TDS, PF & other related work but Mr. Jain given that person post Accounts department Head. Mr. Jain always use abuse language in office and misbehave in every person due to not knowledged about the work. So that accounts department always vacant post every one or two month. so that why Mr. Jain always hire new person over age 35 year,so that the work are realised own frustration on that person. mr. jain is very sharp mind person hiring person for work and than purpose is fulfil than that person fired without any notice period.

There are no no job security, Company Director talking behavior is very bad, this is a Lala ke dukan. very poor environment. The Director Crying on Staff. Very tuff working time.
