There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Good Salary hike but no bonus and other benefits are provided to employees.

Likes

Teammates was good, there was no training manager, job is secure without growth and you will become multitasking, work environment is too bad, no opportunity to innovation, there is no work life balance.

Dislikes

Middle management is bad and they have no skills how to talk with their team or juniors. Lots of politics, president of the company is factory of politics.

The company is working in defence sector with unauthorized way , they are using Farji docs and E-mail of Companies for selling insurance with this activities they caught in Gujarat BSF sector head quarter and employees were home arrested after that they resigned their jobs. Here in this company no any job standard and job security, employer can take your resign anytime when he want also they will not give you any experience letter, they don't have any standard for recruitment,job assignment,and promotion, it's fully depends on him. They will provide you like an agent job,company don't have any funds for employee like PF ESIC and Medical insurance etc

Dislikes

Like : teammates,training,travel,politics learning,innovation. Dislikes : job security,career growth,salary/appraisal,work life balance etc
