mangaer's are not so experienced no increment in mines or factory for the employees who do hard work 100 percent, for them 20 % salary those who do 20% work they get 100% salary ,both n mines including and our MD is Supperb Genuine Person and need to look after the Employees salary what the Managers are doing should check cleary
