There is nothing which i can like about this company especially Noida office.

...won't allow you to take leaves if you take then next day they will scold you. 5. Salary issues. Salary don't come on time. 6. when they get to know, this person is having salary increment time, then before incement time they will have call with you and say you have these negatives or performance is not good, so you have 2 choices either put the paper or we can reduce you salary package. 7. They will have close eye on you and your activities. if you have more than 30 mins lunch time they will warn you for the next time that no to take more than 30 mins of time otherwise they will take appropriate action. 8. Once you leave organization they will create problem in background verifcation for you. Since you have left this company without their interest so they are ready to take revenge. 9. This has happend with many people that either they put the paper and or top managment asked them to put the paper but they will never do the settlement and your settlement salary will never be provided. May be you keep messaging/call them but they will not reply. In short, i would say not to join this company(Noida Office) , it has lot of issues. Thanks.

Worst management. Whatever you do they will speak like you have did nothing. No hike. Less salary. No insurance, Direct and Indirect PF.

We can learn a lot, good company for both fresher and experienced. If you have a mindset to learn, adapt a startup culture, workaholic and giving priority to work more than family then it is a right place to you.

I feel they are failing to appreciate real, high-performing employees and are instead recognizing reel performers.
