The upper management is very bad. We can say it’s a Lala Company if you know this term you will understand everything what I have to say. Very pathetic treatment to its employees.There is lots of politics in inter department.

Very Bad Management, you can say it like lala’s management because the owner interfare in all the things in department like she knows but she not really knows anything about the hospitality. HR is very unprofessional because they are like a pet in this owner property There is no job security you can kick out any time if you say about salary increment. Overall performance is very bad

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
