The royal plaza hotel is my 1st hotel for join commi 3rd i have spaind good time in this hotel. Shift timming; work ; staff all are good. Good coordinating with ather department.

Dislikes

No job security, no salary ekriment., no diwali bonus.

I enjoyed working here. Very homely atmosphere for employees.colleagues are very supportive and of helping nature.

Dislikes

For past few years politics has started in top level management which has affected the overall work culture very badly. Add has stoped company froth as well.

This is a worst hotel .For employee more than 1000cases created in labour court .

No job security.salary is very low at the time of confirmation all staff get ftc letter work invironment is worst due to some management people & relatives

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
