Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is no any staff facility like salary is done too late, no uniform since long time, In sales office no AC since long time, For sales call have to use your own bike at RS 3 per KM,Cafeteria has no proper fan, Food for staff is not proper, No PF, ESI/Medical facility for staff, And many more.
